It’s April … but not as we know it…

 

 So, the world is on pause but we still need to sustain ourselves.  Kerry’s Kitchen has adapted and is offering our normal, homemade fayre, delivered to your door but in a slightly different way.  Instead of being collectable, to reduce the risk of spreading the virus, we have changed our packaging.  We will continue to deliver and collect glass containers and hampers when we are out of lockdown.  Instead, your delivery will be made in reusable, plastic containers and paper bags.  This is only a temporary solution to a particularly unprecedented time.  There is no compromise, however, on quality and taste.

 

All courses are suitable or adaptable to a vegan diet.

 

Costs including delivery:

£10 for a main course

£12.50 for two courses

£15 for three courses

Locally sourced beef or mixed mushroom stroganoff in an onion, cream, mustard and brandy sauce served on a bed of rice

Dessert

Fresh fruit salad OR meringue nests with fresh fruit and whipped cream

Starter

Thick and creamy leek and potato soup

Mains

Warm puy lentil salad with ripe, red tomatoes, red onion drizzled with dressing, served on a bed of leaves with marinated chicken thighs, grilled halloumi OR spicy (but not chilli hot) roasted butternut squash

Dessert

Fresh fruit salad OR lemon cheesecake

Homemade houmous and pitta bread

Main

Kerry’s homemade quiche.  Homemade shortcrust pastry filled with a mix of fresh farm eggs, cream, a blend of fresh herbs and a served with a light homemade potato salad and a crisp garden salad

Choose a filling from caramelised red onion and feta, bacon and mushroom or Mediterranean vegetable

Dessert

Fresh fruit salad OR freshly baked chocolate muffin
