It’s February and it’s a leap year

 

 The evenings are getting lighter, spring is springing and it’s St Valentines Day.   We are continuing to offer additional side dishes to add on to your meal each evening for a little extra or to make sure there is enough for lunch.

Friday 7th February

 Stuffed squash

Making the most of the remaining squash of the season, this roasted, stuffed butternut squash is crammed with flavour from wild rice, leeks, mushrooms and pine nuts

Served with garlicky roast potatoes

£10 per person

St Valentine’s Day Sharing Basket

Marinated with turmeric and spices and served with a rich tomato sauce and a portion of roasted new potatoes crushed with softened spring onions, garden peas, olive oil, garlic and herbs

Meat: Fresh, white fish

(cod, hake or haddock, whichever looks the nicest on the day)
